Of Ecuadorian origin, she is the founder of Ecuapremium Group and comes from a solid family business legacy of over 45 years, which has deeply shaped her approach to business: discipline, perseverance, and a long-term vision.
A specialist in Public Relations and Foreign Trade, Paola has led the development of successful international businesses, generating high-level connections and opening key opportunities in various markets, including Australia and Latin America.
Throughout her career, she has stood out for her ability to create strategic relationships with the business sector, institutions, and relevant stakeholders in the global ecosystem, positioning herself as a bridge between cultures, opportunities, and growth.
As the co-founder of MPOWER, Paola contributes not only her experience and knowledge, but also a clear vision: to empower the Latin community to grow, position itself, and lead with purpose in international markets.
Camila Insuasti
Camila Insuasti represents the new generation of Latino leaders. As co-founder of MPOWER, she combines vision, innovation, and a strong commitment to the growth of the Latino community in Australia.
An entrepreneur since the age of 17, Camila has progressively absorbed the knowledge and tools needed to guide entrepreneurs and business owners in their development. She grew up in a business environment, which allowed her to train in the business world from a very young age, working hand-in-hand within her family’s company, Ecuapremium, where she has contributed to opening new areas of development and creating opportunities for its expansion.
She is currently studying International Relations, Business, and Politics, allowing her to bring a global, strategic perspective to MPOWER that is aligned with new market dynamics.
From her role, she leads initiatives focused on strategic alliances, institutional communication, and high-impact project development, facilitating access to key tools, knowledge, and connections for business growth.
